Returns & Exchanges

At Matcha Fuel, we want you to feel energized by your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure products are in their original packaging to qualify for a return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your unopened matcha products in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
